Fancy Ramen

Beef top ramen, shaved ribeye, soft boiled egg, garlic, and green onion

Overall very tasty good flavor, everything cooked well.

Green onions and garlic sauteed. Garlic was crunch which added a nice bit of texture.

Soft boiled egg at 6:30. Probably could have gone 6:45. But the yoke stayed in shape until punctured. Just a tad too runny.

Used the Top Ramen, so could taste the broth flavor a bit more compare to the extra spicy stuff I’ve been using before. Broth was fish oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil. Could have used more of most.

3 light pinches of salt on the beef. Sautéed high for just a minute. Still a good amount of pink left. Good amount of salt, if anything it just wasn’t evenly spread out.
