Pan fried chicken breast, home made croutons, fresh grated parm, romaine, cherry tomatoes

Warm meat in salad turns it into a meal. Followed closely by texture. Warm meat and mouth feel, that’s what make a salad delicious. Pause.
Croutons – Cut up bread. I used a sourdough baguette. Let the pieces sit out for a bit if the bread is fresh. Generous amount of olive oil, onion powder, a bit less Italian seasoning than onion powder.
15-20 minutes 350 top rack. Rotate once or twice once sides start to brown. Looking for golden brown and crispy on the outside, slightly doughy on the inside. Serve warm.
